A Cautionary Tale
This blog chronicles my forty day journey in 2012 and beyond where I choose to go on a all liquid diet. For this time period, I will only be drinking fruit and vegetable juices, almond milk, coconut milk, whey protein, healthy oils (i.e. olive, coconut and flax) and possibly some other all natural supplementation. I have a couple of built in stopping points in this program.
- If I ever faint or am otherwise medically unable to continue.
- If I reach a weight of 180lbs (about 50lbs from where I am now)
- If I loose an inch off my biceps (gotta still be able to go to the gun show)
